Synopsis
A man gives a political speech. As he keeps on talking, his true identity is revealed: a homeless man who lives in the Parisian subway. Haunted by the ghosts of his past, former leader of a conquering party, his field of action is now circumscribed to the underground world, a place where he collects a handful of coins everyday…
